📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E and ELV construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project to track project progress and manage resources.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in M&E and ELV construction.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision within the M&E or ELV construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex electromechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
