As an Industrial Engineer at CW Marketing & Development Corporation, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and ensure that our operations run smoothly. You'll leverage your expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from optimizing supply chain processes to improving warehouse operations. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with our team in Badung, Bali, to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance our overall efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct process mapping, value stream mapping, and other industrial engineering techniques to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to address operational issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and warehouse operations is a plus.
