📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all employees.
• Oversee employee development programs and performance management.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead the general affairs team in managing office administration and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
