Our curriculum is designed to nurture the physical, emotional, and cognitive growth of children aged 3-6 years. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating learning space where children can explore, learn, and grow.

In this role, you will daily engage with children through interactive activities, educational games, and creative play. You will also collaborate with our team of educators to develop and implement lesson plans that align with national early childhood education standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement lesson plans that are aligned with national early childhood education standards.
• Engage children in interactive activities, educational games, and creative play to foster learning and development.
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive growth of children.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience for all children.
• Monitor and assess children's progress to identify areas for improvement and support.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and achievements.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individual differences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a play-based or Montessori setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Experience with educational software and tools such as Kidskloud, Tapestry, or ClassKick.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
