📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee account strategies and ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and products to key accounts.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to key accounts.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay current with trends and best practices.
• Provide training and support to sales and service teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the consumer goods and retail industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
