PT Emas Terang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to make an impact from day one.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices in the industry.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
