📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and managers to ensure HR initiatives are well-received and effectively implemented.,Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.,Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR information systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
