📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, including coffee production, quality control, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of baristas and staff to ensure high standards of service and product quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and profitability, and identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Lead the store's social media presence and engage with customers online.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the coffee industry.,Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of coffee production, quality control, and customer service.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of marketing and social media strategies.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, or coffee science).
