📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the nursing unit, including equipment and supplies.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Staff Nurse or Renal Post Basic Nurse.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.,Familiarity with renal care and dialysis procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
