📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
