📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.,Provide leadership and support to the sales team to ensure high performance.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.,Participate in business development activities and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
