Sukanda Djaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our HoReCa/Food Service team in Pekanbaru. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Monitor and evaluate sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet performance standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the sales team.,Analyze sales data and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HoReCa/Food Service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and customer base is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
