📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance.,Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in inventory management and cost control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve operational goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control measures.,Ability to use basic computer software and technology.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
