Lead and mentor team members to ensure high performance and productivity.,Coordinate and manage team projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting collaboration and innovation.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Represent the company at internal and external events, both virtually and in person.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with food industry standards and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
