📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from start to finish,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures,Monitor and control procurement spending,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff,Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management,Strong negotiation and communication skills,Proficient in using procurement software and systems,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong leadership and team management skills
