📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure compliance with company benefits policies.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
