📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regulatory authorities.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, including training and mentoring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
