📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize drilling and blasting patterns using AutoCAD and Surpac.
• Conduct pre-blast inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze drilling and blasting data to improve efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute drilling and blasting operations.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with environmental and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to the drilling and blasting team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of all drilling and blasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling and blasting operations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Surpac software.
• Certification in Drill & Blast Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of mining safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
