📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify areas for improvement through process analysis, data collection, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Measure the impact of improvement initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.
• Document and communicate improvement findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work with senior management to align improvement initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or similar software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the engineering and technical sector.
