📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily Horeca operations in Bali, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
• Manage a team of 15-20 staff, providing leadership and mentorship to foster professional development
• Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to promote our brand and products
• Leverage data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to track performance and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local business laws
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and local government officials
• Represent Indo Porcelain at industry events and conferences to network and build brand awareness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Horeca management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
• Familiarity with local business regulations and industry best practices in Bali
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Certification in hospitality management or a similar field is a plus
