PT Galih Raya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high levels of productivity and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing warehouse teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock.,Supervise warehouse staff and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Develop and implement inventory management systems to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.,Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven experience in supervising warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local regulations is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
