📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including setting up event schedules, managing guest lists, and arranging catering and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and stage equipment.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are executed according to plan.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including restrooms and common areas.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Assist in the preparation of post-event reports and follow-up with guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
