Seed Bloom Pratama is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Denpasar. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking tools.,Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
