📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide case management and social support to vulnerable families.
  • Conduct assessments to identify family needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Facilitate access to resources such as healthcare, education, and employment services.
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance support services.
  • Advocate for family rights and well-being within the community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support programs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of organizational strategies.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive work environment for all staff and families.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of local social issues and community dynamics in Bali.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid work permit for Bali.
  • Compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to work.
