📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various dental positions.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Keep up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably in the dental field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
