📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.,Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
