🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
