Fast Spot Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial records and transactions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the work of junior bookkeepers and provide guidance and support.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Maintain and update the company's chart of accounts and other financial documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
