📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct various tests and analyses to ensure the quality and performance of construction chemicals.
• Use advanced laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, pH meters, and other specialized tools.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve our products.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Record and document test results and analyses in a detailed and organized manner.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and methodologies.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician in a relevant industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as LabVIEW, Microsoft Excel, and other related tools.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
