As a Junior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR department in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and training information.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR events and activities.,Support the HR department in managing HR metrics and reporting.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
