📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Oversee the company's training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.
