📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on office equipment, including computers, printers, and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Monitor and maintain building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records of equipment repairs and replacements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in facility maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of completing maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of office equipment and building systems.
• Familiarity with IT systems and software, including Windows, Mac, and common office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
