PT Otoman Maritim is seeking a dedicated Deputy Cook to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic maritime environment while contributing to the culinary excellence on board our vessels. The Deputy Cook will play a crucial role in ensuring that our crew enjoys delicious and nutritious meals, prepared with high standards of hygiene and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals for the crew.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of food supplies.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the galley and dining areas.,Train and mentor junior crew members in culinary skills.,Participate in vessel maintenance and repair tasks as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work shifts as required, including overnight and weekend shifts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in the maritime industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English language is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid Sea Service Record Book (SSB) and STCW Basic Safety Training certificate.,Willingness to work on board vessels, including overnight and weekend shifts.
